VENEERS

There's no reason to put up with gaps in your teeth or with teeth that are stained, discolored, badly shaped, chipped, or crooked. Today, a veneer placed on top of your teeth can correct nature's mistake or the results of an injurylifelike tooth appearance.

Veneers are thin, custom-made shells crafted of tooth-coloured materials designed to cover the front side of teeth to improve the overall appearance of teeth. They are made of either thin plastic resin/composite or custom made in porcelains

At Simply Smiles, we usually require 3-4 visits to place a veneer/s. Tooth preparation is minimal and confined to the enamel structure. The veneers are custom made by specialised dental labs. Once approved by both you and us, it is laminated over your natural teeth, giving you a simply dazzling smile!

NOTE: Patients should be aware that this is usually an irreversible process because it's necessary to remove a small amount of enamel from your teeth to accommodate the shell.

COMPOSITE BONDING

Bonding is a way to repair slightly chipped, discolored, or crooked teeth. We bond a tooth-coloured filling material onto your damaged tooth to improve its appearance.

Bonding is less expensive than other cosmetic treatments and usually can be completed in one visit to our office. On the other hand, bonding can stain and break more easily than other cosmetic treatments such as porcelain veneers (though it can be easily patched up or repaired in one visit).

TAKE HOME TEETH WHITENING

Simply Smiles loves to help you get that shine back in your smile, giving you pearly whites in no time at all! A course of whitening treatments with us can add a touch of sparkle to stained and discoloured teeth. After all, a brand new smile makes for a brand new you!

For some, being able to whiten your teeth in the comfort of your own home is the perfect solution, and so we offer a whitening treatment which allows just that.

We create custom-fitted mouthguards that are used as trays in which the whitening gel is placed and worn for just 30 minutes (or 2 x 15 min) a day. Gradually your teeth will whiten and you can stop once you are happy with the results.

Please do note that teeth whitening IS NOT suitable for everyone, and we are happy to give you a complete list of options and all the data you need to make a safe, informed choice.

IN CHAIR TEETH WHITENING

In-Chair Whitening is an option to lighten your teeth by a couple of shades in under an hour. A UV light is used in combination with a patented whitening gel to give you instant results.
